I stayed in a hotel right in the heart of Dresden with kitchen facilities spread water throughout the whole bathroom. The rooms had comfortable beds, but the water spreading was quite annoying. The location was superb, being in the very center of the Old Town of Dresden, right across from the cathedral. Overall, a mixed experience with some great aspects and inconveniences.
